Admission at KPI

Admission is based on the results of placement testing on the basis of the Contract signed by the University administration with the applicant or other higher education institution with physical or juridical persons; admission is possible on the basis of international agreements by letters of Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and in frames of government order

Documents required for admission:

1. Application form;
2. Certificate/Diploma (copy and original);
3. Academic transcript, copy and original(included marks and academic progress);
4. Birth certificate copy;
5. Pre-admission certificate;
6. Passport copy (page with photo);
7. Medical health certificate;
8. 12 photos (3,5х4,5 cm. color in mate).

Passport (original) need to be handed in personally.

Documents mentioned in clauses 2 – 5 must be verified according to the legislation of the country they were granted in, legalized and authenticated under the established procedure, if nothing else is contemplated by the international treaties of Ukraine.

Invitation

How to get an invitation for study?

For receive the “Invitation for study” student should sent an email to the Institute of Science and Technology Yenagoa (our contact email specially for this purpose) with:

• Motivational letter for university admission;
• Scanned copy of the international passport (page with photo);
• Document on education and qualification;
• Written consent(a link to document to be filled) on processing of personal data;

Since all mentioned above documents should be translated into Ukrainian language we will assist with translation.

Only after receipt of written notice from NTUU “KPI” and after against payment for invitationthe “Invitation to study” will be executed.

How to receive the “Entrance visa”?

For receive the “Entrance visa” we will assist you:

• To apply to the Embassy of Ukraine in Nigeria, send in an application for “Entrance visa” for education in Ukraine;
• Get and enclose to application the “Invitation to study” from NTUU “KPI”

Visa processing lasts for one month, for this reason it is necessary to send documents mentioned in paragraph “How to get invitation for study” not later than 2 months before beginning of the classes.

Upon receipt of visa “D” for study we will inform the Center for International Students of NTUU “KPI” about the date of your arrival to Kyiv (number of flight).

Conditions of Entry

Requirements for prospective students, entrants to the 1st year of training:

• availability of senior secondary education;
• successful passing of the placement testing;
• statement of good health;

Placement testing is conducted on three disciplines and depends on chosen specialty:

from June 1 till October 15 submission of applications for the entrants on the 1st year.

Placement testing in all subjects is conducting during first week after submission of documents.
